You are able to develop a digital archive and a library for your best practices instantaneously. And at any given moment you can check the status of your current requests for all vendors.

Commerce-hub has streamlined requests for quotations without changing the actual process substantially. You generate and issue professional requests in your own format, with your own look and feel. (e.g. company logo and colours). You can incorporate your current Excel sheets effortlessly. Potential suppliers can fill in an easy-to-use price sheet and are amply instructed by a complete set of information (e.g. invitations, manuals etc.)

You receive all your answers in a single reply overview with all the information conveniently lined up without having to cut and paste. Suppliers can add additional information to the price sheet in attachments. For further analysis you can export all your replies with a single action to an MS-Excel sheet.
